3. User Accounts and Data

To use the App, you may need to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App integrates with Google services. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZIMO GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Subscription and Payments

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Change pricing for in-app purchases or subscriptions
• Update features and functionality

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
